Acceptable use
Use Pineflo only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to process. Do not upload malware, abusive material, or files intended to interfere with the service.
Service scope
Pineflo provides task-focused tools for common file and text workflows. The site is not a backup service, records repository, or substitute for keeping original source files on your own systems.
Temporary files and outputs
Uploaded inputs and generated outputs may be stored temporarily so jobs can run and results can be delivered. Keep local copies of anything important because temporary processing assets can expire or be removed.
No guarantee of fitness for every workflow
Format conversion and compression can involve compatibility and quality tradeoffs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in publishing, legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes workflows.
Availability
Pineflo may change, add, or remove tools over time. The service may also be unavailable during maintenance, failures, or infrastructure issues.
