What Pineflo collects
Pineflo stores the files and text you send to the service so it can run the selected tool and return the result. The service also stores basic job and asset records needed to process requests, show status, and make completed results available for download.
How uploads are used
Uploaded files are used only to run the selected tool. Unattached input files are set to expire quickly. Once a job is created, the input remains available for that job so processing can complete and the output can be delivered.
Text entered into tools
When you use text-based tools, Pineflo processes the text you submit in order to return the requested result. For tools that return text or images on the same page, the response is generated directly for that request.
Infrastructure providers
Pineflo uses third-party infrastructure to host the site, run background processing, store uploaded assets, and manage DNS and delivery. These providers may process technical information such as network requests, logs, and storage metadata as part of operating the service.
Cookies and advertising
Pineflo does not currently use ads on the site. If advertising or additional analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to explain what changes and what data may be used.
Retention
Pineflo keeps operational data only as long as needed to run the service, deliver results, and maintain the platform. Temporary assets and generated files may be removed over time as part of routine cleanup.
Your choices
If you do not want Pineflo to process a file or a block of text, do not submit it to the service. If you need help with a removal request or have a privacy question, use the contact page.
